Holotori is an idol unit now but was never just "let's have every bird in one group" and I get that's really confusing sounding which is why Nerissa was dubbed as an intern so she can be in fun bird collabs without being in the actual unit. I thnik Kiara is the best rounded character from the whole Myth roster with or without upgrades. Mori ain't that bad either, Gura was the same since the first updates (still pretty good), Ame is great with the Haste / SN patch build. Ina is the one that's still pretty hard to handle - I spent too many time trying to clear Hard Stage 3 with her and failing.
