anons saying eigo are also correct. the language barrier is a hassle to deal with, add the laziness and unreliability of both ina and especially gura and you have a nightmare trying to get anything done.

meanwhile chloe is a hard worker and both lives in japan and speaks the language as only a true native can. both are immeasurable assets when it comes to being chosen for jobs that require a lot of communication and back and forth arrangements.
