Most of the rest of the prompt is aioutfit.txt and aisituation.txt, two more wildcard lists that I think might be samples/examples or something since I definitely didn't make them. they're just 70ish lines each of sentences describing either a place/situation or an outfit. Aside from the character mishmash making it impossible to actually see a vtuber in it, it somehow does turn out pretty nice looking.
Also a correction, it's actually 1670 tokens. the token counter was lagging and not properly updating last time I read it

I see a lot of ones that look pretty good and I think probably the best you are gonna get with straight gen AI. One thing you could do if you want consistent results is to use control-net, find a daki picture you like, plug it into control net (line-art at 0.5 weight with "prompt more important" checked), should also help with the resolution as you should able to gen at whatever aspect ratio the base picture was.

Maybe not right now, my typical work flow is I make 5 at a time at 4mins each and pray at least one is decent or at least doesn't have an arm or leg fling off or warp around. If none are good it might be another 20 mins. Then 3min upscaling for each one, it's a decent time commitment that ties the machine up too.
