I stated there would not be any more international events organized by me. I'll still be able to be able to participate in international events and organize other events, but it would be for EN only.

I know a lot of fans were looking forward towards the Fall Guys tournament and I didn't want to leave people in the dark so I wanted to rip the bandaid off, as it officially fell through in the end.

I messed up earlier, tweeting about my excitement and starting my plans with organizing the tournament, as I assumed my old approvals for it were still in factor, since I've been in discussion for it before the Puyo Tetris tournament. I did get in trouble since it wasn't finalized for the new date when I thought it was.

So we went back to negotiating and setting everything up again with the new date, but I was only given the option to keep it within EN this time. I wanted an international event but sadly I couldn't make it happen.

I'm sad that a lot of stuff fell through in the end, I'll just keep moving forward from it and I'll still have other fun things I have as backup for EN and for NijiEN fans.

An actual gamer who's semi-competent, like Tanunaka with Tekken, that can do serious damage in a cross-companies tournament. Right now the closest Cover has to fill this niche is Aqua. The current Holo crops are fairly talented when it comes to Vtubing-related skills like singing/zatsudan/playthrough, but they don't have an actual competitive gamer.
You can tell Cover realizes that they have the otaku market cornered, and is trying to expand to the younger gaming crowd. I guess it's harder to find a serious female gamer who's willing to become a Vtuber as opposed to fleshstreamer, but who's also willing to do the idol grinds and non-gaming collabs on top of that.

I'm really enjoying the fact that Shiori keeps beating the odds against Nerissa and Bijou. Gotta love an underdog story. I think she even matched or exceeded Nerissa's sub growth today for the first time since debut.
