There are a few I can think of. The one people on this board might be familiar with would be the vtuber that's fashioned after a housewife that's a victim of domestic abuse. She disappeared mysteriously.
There's another old vtuber I just remembered yesterday, maybe somebody here will remember what I'm talking about. There was this vtuber that was this gachihomo guy in a business suit, and I think he spouted gachihomo memes too. But his gimmick was that he was supposed to be an 80's real estate agent during the bubble in Japan, blissfully unaware of the economic crash soon to come. Somebody tell me if you remember who it is.

Well, there's VChallenged, which is a vtuber group composed of disabled people.

One of the members is a literal schizophrenic that has multiple personality disorder, she has 7? personalities in total and she streams while switching personalities mid-stream. I watched a bit and I don't think it's pretending, it seems pretty legitimate.

Turns out she actually left the group (vchallenged, now defunct) and is an indie now.

I remember one time in her karaoke she was singing and suddenly she was like "wait what are we doing (laughs)" and picked up the song again like it was a relay or something
