I don't know anymore anon. The fact that the new tourists basically disappeared in a week of regular streams instead of "coming back home" made me feel pretty hopeless.
She still has some calling power (her last video premiere got 4.6k and I think at this point every JP viewer knows about this type of bait so it wouldn't attract that much extra people) and playing buffs she still can get 100k views which is nothing to scoff at but it's kinda depressing for me how harsh is for her when the blue dorito woman get it guaranteed whatever they do.
Idk man, try to make big collabs happen (tamaki, Shigure ui, karubi, it's going to be nearly impossible for big corpo chuubas) since leeching has always been how big streamers got big, keep grinding big buff games (no Mario kart and smash are filler streams at this point), bring up karaoke, cosplay camera and public asmr, avoid big sankisei/holo streams because they definitely leave when they start, and basically pray that the hard work and effort eventually pays off making you start going up.
Someone could argue in favor of actually streaming less and making them more rare and precious but careful because that's a double-edge sword since you're giving more and more people a chance to not care to come back so you could still drip viewers.

I went with the whole "She is is just sabotaging herself" thing long enough.
But watching the past weeks. I don't think this is as true.

I think the truth is, that her CCV is dwindling.
Because as an indie it is insanely hard to give people a reason to come back.
She has to work three times as hard now to achieve even a fraction. And even then might struggle.

As an indie it's very hard to attract new fans, especially during the current times. Unless you manage to play the algo big time, you won't really succeed.

And retaining a big amount of former fandead didn't work well either.
And as stupid as it sounds, a big reason for that is because she was simply not Rushia anymore. The green necromancer appearance and her corpo environment was part of her identity.
They followed her to a new environment and realise that it will never be the same. That it isn't what they remember and held dear.
(*She is still the cutest being on this planet, that never changed)

But she will not collab with others as it happened before. She won't appear in grand events. She won't train for a big stage and be watched by many. You won't get to cheer her on in a live or be hyped about her appearing as a guest in another.

Being on her own, I am afraid she will possibly not be able to get back what she had.

To elaborate on my position. I adore Nazuna. I love both models, and to what extent her mood and "character" shifts while she's inhabiting it, I can and do easily and deeply love her. I will, in what I see as the inevitable retirement or almost-retirement of that model/character, mourn the loss forever. But it is not as important as her overall happiness or success or our relationship with her, and Nazuna sabotages those things fairly routinely, with and without the help of the influences and management she has in that environment.
