they likely remember how everyone absolutely melted whenever Karen from Kiniro Mosaic talked because it was adorable engrish and they modeled themselves after that. mococo in fact, sounds actually very very close to Nao Toyama (karen's voice). I'm not 100% on that's why they talk like that but it's got to at least be a factor, they know how much people love the Miko Elite English and Chammers english etc and so they can model it effectively since they also speak Japanese so understand exactly how/why they have that accent.
