For some reason, Disney specifically told Cover, and ONLY Cover, they're not allowed to sing Disney. Meanwhile, Nijisanji can openly sing disney songs, do entire karaokes with nothing but disney songs, and on more than one occasion, leave those 'unarchived' streams up for well over a day with literally no repercussions. Nintendo did the same thing. They told Cover they're not allowed to play their games on Members only. Even things like locking lobby codes behind members isn't allowed. Meanwhile, one look at holodex will show that Nijisanji has no such restriction, and can paywall Nintendo games without issue.
