Who doesn't? Assuming you mean they work hard there are many people that work harder, and many Asians that don't work nearly as hard. Not even that it's a big deal if streaming. I've seen some streamers do hours long morning shows every day for years. Can't imagine that they are spending 4-8 hours working on prep for the 30 minute videos, then they should work smarter not harder. It has nothing to do with ethnic disadvantage, but if they have a job, school, or other obligations they still have enough time to prep a 30 minute live show. Anyone does, grab a booth model, make some layouts and test yourself, can you stream into the void for 30 minutes following a loose script? Sure you can, why not?
