Here's the other graph btw. Today's stream has 100k views after 13 hours, versus 150k after a month, despite the fact the former stream peaked at 3.5k CCV and declined while the latter had 12k CCV (on in insane rollercoaster graph) all the way through.

150k is in fact most common for streamers having more than 8k viewers, usually. For example, look at some of the Holos.
Ame has like 6k ccv top and she never crosses the 80k views.
Fauna tends to be under 9k ccv and is always under 120k views. Funny enough, she did an Only Up 4 hours long stream a month ago with 9.4k ccv average and got also 150k viewers at the end.
Koyori is a beast that gets over 11k ccv and streams a fuck ton and her archives rarely go over 160k viewers.
Flare rarely gets more than 6k ccv and she gets around 70k views tops

And i could go but i don't want to waste more time. My point is that her archive views and ccv were coherent with other comparable chuubas.
If anything this is an indication that people tend to check her over after her streams are done rather than watching them live. Very very difficult to find a chuuba struggling to get 3k ccv get 100k views in their archives.
