I was never diagnosed with anything, but I do have lots of anxiety about being outside and around people and noise and movement. It never got better until I ran out of money and was forced to work outside and with people, and years of that made me able to deal with it better, but it will never be comfortable.

There's really just nothing for it but to be consistent. It will be uncomfortable if you're not used to it, but I think even getting in the habit of eating something, even if it's just one bite, at regular intervals would help you transition into a healthier routine.

Though I'm well aware if it were that easy it wouldn't have progressed this far, but you really should just try to focus on the consistency aspect, even if it seems to be having the opposite effect at first.
