I disagree. Even when I’m not the one being accused, it hurts my heart to see people cheating themselves by using such mental pitfalls to write off things they don’t like. It is the same reason I feel sad when I see people immediately accuse an opposing viewpoint as being “bait”. Not true. Flags on /sp/ expose that there are several mentally ill posters who spam the board, like the Dutch cityfag or Twain. Part of me believes that /vt/ was a containment board second and primarily meant to serve as a proof of concept for how an actual eceleb board would work.
