If the "talent freedom" they use is really upheld and/or depending on their contract, Mikeneko can still work under Vshojo using Nazuna identity while also doing "freelance" work with Mikeneko identity (who ironically just signed under a VA(?) company).
Think of it like part-time jobs, side gigs, etc., where she works for Vshojo in the morning then goes back to work in the evening as Mikeneko. Does that make sense, at least?

Again, everything depends on the contract between her and Vshojo. If Vshijo doesn't forbit her to have a side gig, then she's free to do whatever she wants. Ofc they probably have a clause that she is not allowed to use Vshojo's Nazuna's persona/identity other than for anything Vshojo-related in her work and business (like could only stream as Nazuna in Twitch).

I mean, there was nothing stopping her from doing any of that as Nazuna if she wanted to. She can collab with anyone she wants, (and everyone wanted to collab with her, she was ducking invites left and right) play any game she wants, yadda yadda.
