Let's be fair, the debut was indeed garbage, and that forced day1 collab was cringey AF where everyone sounded super boring without a personality.
Shiori initially just gave off the impression of being "le quirky/eats with scissors" girl, but managed to show some actual autism with her vtuber history (which was honestly boring, but almost endearing due to how passionate she is about various early vtuber software and file types) and ranting about super random topics for 2hrs. Seeing just how actually weird and autistic she is (in addition to appealing to fetishes and saviorfags) was what truly changed most of /vt/'s opinion on her.

you can't just say 'lets be fair' and say something unfair man, it was not garbage. There was no difference from how she presented herself in the debut and how she acted in last night's stream
People had this expectation that because of the sex appeal of her model she should've been a 'goth gf sex' type of character and she's just a dork. Plus, there was that thing about collab that triggered the unicorn schizos

and the collab thing? that's normal man, they probably all met eachother for the first time like a couple of months ago tops, it's not resonable to expect them to have a good chemistry for the first ever collab or even lock down on how they want to act. ALTHOUGH, once the 'quiz' bullshit ended and they just started talking to eachother the vibe completely changed, you could see them getting more comfortable, it was more fun
