"Pro gamer" in Japan doesn't necessarily mean good. There are even "pro gamer idols" where you root for them to get their mediocre placement in tournaments (remember, it's about the "journey" in the idol story). "Pro-gamer" in Japan more or less is just "game focused streamer"

On twitch she might get some bigger numbers at the start from vshojo fans.(like 500-900), so she might get some random jp viewers from twitch with the visibility/raids/jp henya/kson fans, maybe with some networking with jp fleshies or other jp 2views on twithc she might reach somewhere?

On youtube, she is basically on the same place she is now, with only kson also streaming there, and vshojo not having much visibility to begin with on jp yt, but there are way more jps that might go watch her.

Both options are similarly bad, she would probably grown more on yotube on the long run, but best option would be youtube by release 2 talents at the same time, or pull henya to do jp only yt streams sometimes.

Honestly, given that both Gunrun and loutlot are from Twitch and the fact they don't own the talent's IPs could make them very attractive in that niche. They can't just focus on Kson orbiters, even within EN there are clearly multiple group dynamics at play. JP is not large enough for that to be the case, and Kson's network is not strong enough to get the people that would actually thrive on the JP side of twitch. If they brought Karubi in, she could actually bridge that gap well, and we might actually see growth in that branch.
Henya is EN focused. Nazuna is not interested in collabing. If they want the brand to be taken seriously, they NEED someone who is actually JP twitch oriented. Mariah Carey would be fun, but she's not that.
