When I come home from work and check Holodex, usually every stream has already been going for 3-5 hours and there is no new stream starting until Fauna.

Just give the manager flexible hours and have them change their sleeping schedule for a month then. Or pay for an EU manager, either through a new hire or by sending one from the HQ for a business trip. There are solutions, it's just that Cover probably doesn't think they're worth investing in.
However, the more they ignore the EU market, the more chances other smaller corpos have a chance to succeed in it. Central EU has a decent amount of animephiles, if enough of them got exposed to vtubers there could be an influx of new viewers, and the corpo that manages to break through the obscurity of this hobby will get a boost. Of course, a lot of us already watch JPs or early NA ENs, but some people have already left for EU streamers.
