I think Shiori will get along great with Fauna, they have similar interests. I don't really know what to make her of collab statement, but we'll find out in time. Her content choices are very different, but not necessarily bad. I think the major difference between her and Fauna will be that Fauna actively tries to find stuff her audience will enjoy, while Shiori strikes me as more of an Ame type of girl who just wants to do her own thing.
I don't think either of them will make overtake Fauna for me, at least based on the debut alone. Fauna has her niche and only getting better at it. I'm too comfortable.
