Also, if you take a look at the other HoloAdvent generals, I found them rather chill. /gem/ seems very reminiscent of /nasa/ to some aspects because it's pretty slow at the moment and their discussions is currently divided about what name their fan-base should be and the name of their general and moaiposting. The twins general is pretty active but in a chill way too, it feels a little more hornier than /gem/ and /caw/ but not that much to what extend of 'extreme' the Shiori general is, if you can all that an extreme. I know that the rrats count as a booster for how active these new threads are but if I have to be honest, fuck that noise.
In the end I don't think that part of /vt/'s population will come in drove in the 3 other threads unless something really ass-backward happens in one of the 3 other debuts.

Shiori's general is chill (most hours) albeit very horny. You don't need a cork board with string to map out all the schizos, so I wouldn't compare it to inf. oshi head counts were done and it's a lot of hoomans and saplings. It attracts catalog posters though.

What is her most likely stream time gonna be? I loved shiori but... I can't stay up until 3am only for the stream to start at that time. A 2-3 hour stream will go to 6am. Holotori was originally just a funny name for the Kiara x Subaru collab and nothing more. Then Reine debuted not that long after Kiara so they decided to reuse the name because it was fitting again.
And then Mumei and Lui got added later on - but there was also a considerable push by fans and "fans" to include Kronii, Kaela or Hakka.
Now it is an official unit so management decides to do with them.
But I have little doubt anyone of the "official" birds will call a collab with Nerissa "holotori" just the same even if she has no 3D to dance with them in an official capacity yet.

I liked the alternative original name for the Kiara/Subaru/Reine group "Torinity", because it accomplished both the bird theme AND made a pretty explicit group size statement in the same wordplay, so that would take some pressure off from other bird-themed talents join or from fans pushing them into it ("hurrdurr why isn't XYZ bird in Torinity?" "because it's in the name, more than three wouldn't be a trinity anymore") like the catch-all term "Holotori" enables.

Kiara will surely try to include her in stuff that is possible (like you said, that could be basically everything besides 3D for a while) because she's social like that and it sounds like they already talked about how to approach things and what to do behind the scenes. And depending on how Nerissa connects with the other bird girls, they could also do stuff without Kiara (though she's likely the most common initiator, since Holotori is kind of her baby).
And yeah, full group stuff is always a hassle with 5 (or now 6) people from three different branches, so it's always gonna be more rare, just like it was already rare for the existing group. But you don't always need everyone and the complete group to call something "Holotori", see for example how the recent Kiara/Reine/Mumei handcam stream was still called "Holotori", or how the recent offcollab between only Reine and Subaru still had "Holotori" in the title/thumbnail.

More than anything, the focus stream-wise after the collab ban is lifted is that, I feel like the first 1v1 collab with a Myth or Council will automatically be Kiara and Mumei. I strictly remember that Mumei's first real collab with Myth (I'm not counting the unofficial Gura one) was with Kiara when they built a tori gate in Minecraft (which happened to be the same day as her first unarchived karaoke). Anything after with the other branches will happen afterwards. I'm sure Reine and Lui will make Nerissa comfortable but I'm still not sure when this is going to happen. The only base that I got in mind was when HoloX started to collab with Council 3 months after their debut (Mumei, Bae, Lui and Chloe).

For Holotori, it' will be a year (plus?) grind plus a matter of when and if other bird-themed girls will start. I can see one more JP and then that might be it. I'm not worried in the slightest with Nerissa doing more collabs with Kiara or Mumei in this year frame than with the rest of Myth or Council, so we'll see. I'm sure Kiara knows what she's doing.

Two things :
- I'll make some changes for the OP, I''ll adopt a 2 posts OP approach : the presentation being the first then the informative stuff in the second that is including the streams. The 'library' will also be part of the second post - needless to say that it's still fresh and nothing much is going on.
