I do have a preference, everyone I watch def has the same vibe but none are holo so I don't want to start some sort of war here. The birds and IRyS are where you’d go for anything resembling GFE, with maybe the exception of Bae doing a little roleplay once in a blue moon, and they’ve all got their own personal hangups that keep them from going full Rushia, on top of being less stupid than Rushia.
Essentially, if Shiori is so inherently broken when it comes to interacting with other people that chat becomes her closest friend, then that’s as close as you’d get.
