I only started watching Phase after Gen2 debuted, so I have no idea how the hell the were alive with only 4 EN members in the past. Uruka is quite different content wise from the edginess of Pippa and Lia, and Tenma is much more focused on games than either of them. Once you added Invaders and Gen2, then it felt like Phase had depth and could do many interesting intra-collabs, and also external projects. Now with Invaders 2, there is really a lot of streamers, now it feels like a well rounded roster. So, yes, I agree, you need to keep the team in a cohesive state, not just add a ton of new members. I think getting 4 to 6 new members would still be manageable, particularly if you can reduce the number of dead hours, but more than that and it starts becoming unwieldy.
