I'd actually suggest watching any of them where they play with viewers (Fall Guys, Jackbox, Gartic, APEX, Phasmophobia, 100% Orange Juice, and their 10k Special Streams)
It wasn't very big, there were roughly 30-60 of us on average per stream, but they'd start every stream with an ohagogo and end it with otsugogos, both while mentioning all the travelers in chat. And you can see how cozy and tightly knit the community was back then, too. Their Phasmophobia streams are a treat to watch if you go chronologically; you can see them slowly get better at ghost hunting.
On the flip side, reading the wide array of traveler responses from their marshmallows or the more involved submission ones like the Rooftop Confessions or Waifu Rating can give you a better idea of what the community was like, and how they interacted with them.
If you like VN songs or AniSongs, they have a ton they've covered that you might like. I think their official discord has a channel where it's pinned with the full list?
Even if it's too late to enjoy them live, I hope you give them a shot; there's a lot to love about their dynamic.
