The cliqueish behavior was just those three girls towards Nina and it was dealt with within months of them knowing each other once they got to know each other better. The thing you are missing is most of what Nina is talking about happened pre-debut. NijiEN has the new waves together for months on discord before they actually debut and during that time the rest of Ethyria was avoiding her. It's kind of obvious why it happened, not that it wasn't a shitty thing to do but you can see how it happened, Enna, Millie and Reimu all around the same age, have similar interests, Nina is the odd one out older, not from the same kind of background, doesn't really fit in with them.
