Vtubers are for Asians and Hapas. Most chuubas are at least partly Asians, and the same goes for their audience.
Naturally, they pander to Asia and North America, where there are plenty of Asian expats. This also explains, why there are typically more Canada-dollar SC than Euro SC: there are more Asians in Canada.
