The lighting and artstyle on her armour is still kinda mismatched with her head and Holo's general aesthetic - think Roberu or 1.0RyS. Also, if desaturating her hair wasn't an option, I feel like they could've gone with more saturation on the rest of the outfit somehow. Maybe more blue highlights with higher saturation or more blue cloth or something. Or possibly push more of the greys into blacks, again for more contrast. I haven't watched Kiara's Tales playthrough and don't plan to, but something like Kisara feels like the direction they should've taken with this outfit.
