It was fine very early on during Lazusydia since there were only 6 talents. Even if they weren't besties, they at least got along fine enough on camera. The problem is that they added more and more talents later on, some of who may have clashed in terms of personalities, either on stream or behind the scenes.
There was also an element of shipping later on that very clearly didn't gel well with some ladies and gents in the audience, because then it felt less like a group of friends just wanting to entertain (You) the viewer, and more like you're a third wheel watching a Discord call from afar.

The problem is that the talents also did plenty of romantic voice packs, especially ASMR streams. Both male and female talents were guilty of that, so the moment the talents start shipping themselves with each other or fans start their own crackships, obviously its not going to fly well with their whales.
We saw it come to a head very early on with the reactions to Vox x Reimu, Mysta x Mika, and Pomu x Luca. Evidently there are contingents of fans that aren't happy with financially supporting the talents, or even dedicating their time to them if it just means that they're going to date each other, while the viewer just is the awkward third wheel watching or being told what they do.
