Also are you a content creator? Because in your average "normal" job, you get one week out, that basicaly as you say one week of vacation. For a content creator on youtube it's harsh AF, the engagement lost you may took is nightmare level. And it's even scarier because you may not notice it before a few month but after those you see the amount of audience you lost and you face turn litteraly blue. Also it's a a statut of auto-entreprenor, so it can easely escalade into having to make a lot of cut in a lot of places.
Also english speaker are about the most thin skinned humans in the world, and by a fucking light year, i want to remember you that english speaker are about the only countries were people get mad when you don't use their weird fucked up and impossible to remember nor to know pronouns and also get mad when you guess them, it's not even in the realm of thin skinned english speakers have litteraly no skin.

Yeah, I've made content for over two decades. I've done YouTube for about a year. I accepted a long time ago that if people are going to watch, then they'll watch. If they won't, then they won't.
To keep it vtuber related look at the people waiting for Haachama or waited for Gura. They'll either show or they won't.
I just make content I like and if other people like it, I give them a thumbs up.
I've gotta agree about the letter brigade. I've taken to just mis-naming them if they get uppity when I'm trying to tell them something. As in "my pronouns are xyz". "Right so Jimbob listen I've gotta do xyz so I'll keep in contact." Etc.
