Calli does not even try to give an effort in collabing with the others. One time she even made Kiara on stream.
Kiara openly badmouthed Ina on stream as Kiara was still not able to reach 1 mil (at that time) and Ina did before her.
Ina, Ame & Gura can collab & freely express themselves on stream when they are together.

So, the talents themselves are one's building the wall between themselves.

Easy. The point isn't that they are trilingual but that all other chuubas can at the very best translate between EN and JP with concentration and delays, while Kiara can play her character and engage others while interpreting. As a consequence, she has been running a livetranslation/interview format off of it which no other chuuba can do (Coco would be closest to it and both her EN and JP weren't amazing for the longest time) and can do Japanese only streams (which is something different from JP only challenge streams like Mori or EN only ch. streams Korone did) as well as collabs with a full japanese crowd. She can effectively doubletime as a JP and EN chuuba. This isn't only a matter of speaking two languages but also to have enough familiarity with it to listen to someone else and being able to relay it in terms of the other language without significant conscious effort. You don't just learn that without using both languages interchangeably for a long time.

Oh yeah it wasn't meant to sound good, people focused on the 5% and started rrating about it (partly because the first thread had an Ame Q&A clip where she said Hololive takes up 70% of her time), but trying to interpret what the number meant isn't really important. Mori's attitude was pretty straightforward in the video, she knew thst saying "I'll have it ready later" yet again wouldn't be convincing, so she decided to just be honest and say that she didn't care.
