It's fun in the same way as snow. You get to play a lot in it while it lasts, but everything else gets more annoying. You now have to think about how to work from home (which isn't straightfoward or even possible in all kind of professions), shops don't have the same accessibility and supply as they used to, anything that's beyond using your own car gets harder to use. Some people are forced to work differently, or less, or to not work at all, hooking up with new people is harder and no one's taking care of your children if you have any because all the places for that are closed, too.
