Don't think they can officially be called that since they're stars, but management probably had every intention of them being EN3 and probably still views them as such. They share the same management as HoloEN and the reason we didn't get the actual EN3 sooner is because of the shared management having their hands tied up with Tempiss. They don't have a separate branch intrrnally like StarsJP do, hence why there is no separate Twitter account for them like with StarsJP.
