Summarized, Fauna shows up on time, responds to messages directed at her and responds when managers post stuff. She also (subtly) indicated that 4 people might be too few for a Among Us collab, instead of just being an NPC.
The leak portrayed her in a favorable light, along with Kiara who seems to be very active in organizing stuff behind the scenes.
Note that not all members were present, so it's not really relative to anyone else in particular. It's just that it was to-the-point and professional. (It was also just from an event, I'm sure the girls are more comfortable with joking around in DMs between each other, etc.)
Cover was lucky in that it was a pretty minimal leak, at least compared to the famous Niji leak. While I don't think Holos do much shit-talking, it would have been a lot worse if personal messages got leaked. The leak didn't get much attention before there was no real juicy stuff, just employees doing employee things.
