There's a few things. One is she's desperate. The desperation comes off her in waves, and it was even worse right after she debuted and she was just ripping off other girls' mannerisms or content. She wants it really, really badly - maybe more than all but a handful of the other holomems, but she's like a virgin desperate for sex rather than just going head down and working hard.

It's funny because Kiara has a lot in common with Koyori. They both want it REALLY bad, but Koyori takes that and channels it into just working harder than every single other person and making sure she's doing everything possible. Kiara is past the point of being able to switch gears like that though. It's also not like Kiara doesn't have a high subcount. All the EN girls got basically handed a million+ on a silver platter.

Other than that, she feels somewhat artificial. TakaMori was the most artificial thing in the universe until KronMei came along, and it's embarrassing to watch them try and push that shit for some kind of degen fanbase. Kiara's fake voice doesn't do it for me, either. It also doesn't help that her base character design is way too unfocused. I don't know what the fuck Huke was on when he drew the sneakers, microskirt, power rangers accessories, and two (2) hats but he needed to keep it simple. Less is more. Kiara's design sucks.

I do think she has by far the best cover of Vampire in the company, though. So kudos on that.

I like how she replaces atashi with ateshi but overall for most of the song I think hers is about on par with Shion's and much weaker than Kiara's. If we add in the guys, Rikka actually blows them all out; his cover is shockingly great. The Watame/Iofi duo is unmemorable, Sora's is unremarkable, and Polka puts a ton of effort into hers but I don't think her voice fits it quite as well.
