I found adding 'breastplate' and 'cuirass' to the prompt, and cleavage to the negative prompt helped a bunch.

Yeah man, I've been there before. Even when I was crunching for a milestone release I felt like I could keep going. But four months of that, and a year of spinning my wheels afterwards, I'd checked out of everything except feeding myself. nta but I normally use ' teal eyes, (white pupils, bright pupils,:1.3) ' and set her lora to 0.7 or 0.8 to get her eyes right. Higher weight might force her outfit a bit so just put 'dress' blue dress, detached sleeves' in the negatives if that happens. Also some eyes inpainting with weight 1 helps a lot.

If you choose to do loras, the "hard" part is to gather images for your dataset. The quality will be better if you have a bigger dataset. Assuming the more obscure your chuuba is = less images of said chuuba, obscurity will be your biggest hurdle. I did some and I can say that 25 images is bare min, 40 is decent, 80 is good, 100-200 is preferable. Do you not know how to use the Niji model?

Use /settings to change your model to the Niji model. It's objectively better because (and the devs will never outright say this) it knows more stuff than the base Midjourney model. Notably, it's got that Danbooru dataset from around that NovelAI leak. So base Midjourney won't know anything pertaining to Hololive, but the Niji model certainly does.

The "Expressive" model is arguably the biggest dataset, because from what I can tell it seems to also have DeviantArt and Tumblr juices in there. I only suggest you use that model if you know what you're doing though, because that one can result in some seriously broken results unless you know how to tame the beast.

I think the skin is mostly like that from the Shiny Skin LoHa and the Ninomae LoRa though, the base model doesn't do skin like that. Fumio is there to help with body shape and potentially keep the AI from putting in too much detail.
The model is the one thing I'm keeping close to my chest to have something to stand out. Also because it's merging done in the dumbest way possible and noone can know the depths of my madness.
But it's based on BreakDomain, if you use that difference merged with HLL5B you're 80/90% of the way there in terms of base style.
I'm almost always throwing in one or more style LoRas, if I don't it just looks like BreakDomain.

It's not a metroidvania, it's a classicvania. Shortish linear stages with a boss at the end of each one. It's a lot of fun (especially the 2nd game, the first is rough around the edges) if you're ok with that genre too.

Also hll5 is just bad in general. Not sure why, but it is.
hll4 is also bad (it generates noisy/fried images).
Just use hll3.1 lora for hololive and popular nijis, and individual loras for everyone else.

Tried making a sorceress Ina. Not super happy with the colors or the hair tentacles, but I like the dyed hair approach the generator came up with. Getting the hand under the magic to look even vaguely like a hand... god.

Ah shaders were work related, I thought there was same way to gauge the shades of various models so you can make better gens.
I'm trying to get good skin tones and lighting, your model has nice bright skin tones and the the shade edges are crisp.
It's really is like feeling your way in the dark when it comes to merging, so many models, so many ways to merge. To just prompt a sample image for it can take time, organization, space in drives... truly merging hell.
About to start another merging project but taking a different approach, hope my theories and hunches pays off.
