With the current state of Cover’s 3D tech and all the backlogged 3D bday/anni lives, that’s not happening anytime soon. They probably can’t ask Tamaki/Norio either since I doubt NoriPro is big enough to have their own 3D studio (which is fucking pricey for a small company with only eight active talents).

The GTA server has a very small team, as they didn't have experience with the game. The invites are gonna be sent in a very slow pace compared to Rust where they had experience and relatively big team.
