There are a scant few and many of them are 2 views that are too busy irl to regularly upload.
Ironically, Neuro-sama's might fall into that category but I don't think she really counts, /kayfabe/ would be a damn good general too but as you said, vtubers that don't break character are pretty rare if that character isn't innately tied to their streaming behavior.

I guess Grimmi might be a kayfabe chuuba but since her character is a creepy goth cultist girl and she supposedly actually grew up in a cult but again that's less playing a character and more just being a person with an interesting background and streaming, same with Abigail Dovely whose isn't really a character and is just a streamer whose content is based around religion. Alice Sawyer also doesn't break character too often but I'm unsure since I don't view her regularly.

You will then be a soldier in the great war and recieve aid from anyas all over the catalog.

I think the biggest difference at this point is that vtubers are gods in most of our settings while they have to be main characters in /wg/ stories, as well as a more multimedia focus instead of being concentrated on narrative storylines.
