Judging by the beta concert earlier, the graphic and sound seem good (better than YT stream, at least). You don't have to worry about cameraman (since you can be your own). There are decent incentive to spend money (fireworks / stamp / yell) as well. All in all, seems promising if they can keep it up
Case in point for selling stuffs: picrel was taken from YT stream so the quality isn't as good as in-game, but those lightsticks either require you to clear a minigame event or spend 10$ each. People seem to be pretty happy throwing them around and there are a bunch of rooms than just the one in picrel.

I'd say it's worth downloading it now and attending as many events as possible, since these "Protolives" are server stress tests and attending them is free, as your participation in the test counts as the payment (plus whatever you spend in microtransanctions). Once they finally stabilise the server conditions they'll probably start charging for tickets, so enjoying the free concerts now is a good idea

Earlier today we got an event, a concert featuring some of the talents. In order to participate you could a. Buy a ticket and watch from SPWN like every other previous paid event OR b. install the game and granted you were earlier enough before the servers hit max capacity, enjoy the event for free from within the game.
Pros from SPWN:

Pros from holoearth:

As for capacity being filled to quick, they are in a testing phase still and you can tell because they are naming this events PROTOLIVE. Today was the second of such. There were sound issues too and again expected, surely they will improve on those.
