Are people unaware how google is getting raked (and sued) for invalid views lately? Someone published a study claiming up to 3/4 of paid ads were either muted, partially off screen, resized, and/or not played on YouTube but instead 3rd party sites and they want their money back. Twitter blue and using phone minutes in app vs usual daus is part of the pitch to advertisers that their views are real, since they are more expensive to bot. (Not impossible at all but more difficult/expensive). That’s why you get McDonald and other main stream advertisers back on Twitter. Market value is market value. The previous market value was what the stocks would have gone for at the time if totally sold out, plus physical assets. Elon overpaid because that's what he offered, and he went too far into the deal and was no longer legally able to back out. Which is why he tried to shit on twitter so hard for months to get the case annulled (which also lowered it's value a bit)
After he bought it he took it private, so the stock estimates and such are mostly that, estimates. But if he himself says 20b is the most he could get then that's the value.

This is the reason for why we need to improve the reading comprehension skills of people. Our literacy and syntax structure is so poor that we're on a worrying downward trend. The compounding of COVID closures (and possibly the rise in internet access) is hampering our ability to read and comprehend a simple section of text.
It would seem that critical thinking skills are also lacking, but I won't focus on that.

What worries me is that literacy rates in Latin America are dropping, most likely affected by COVID closures. Latin America was on a upward trend in literacy rates before closures, but those upward trends have been slashed to shreds. There's probably some more information I'm forgetting to include, but I really hope that Latin America can come back from this loss, cause I know they can get better.
