Kaela and Watame can easily make it to a meeting 8AM at their time with their manager, even in person if needed for some reason. With an EU hire, that's impossible and someone will be on the short end of the stick no matter what. To be honest, I don't think that's a detracting factor at all and if a good prospect arises, Cover won't throw it back because the applicant is european, but it is a problem nonetheless.
