I don't think they are "versions" of each other in the first place. Mumei has more chaotic/autistic power to her, Fauna is gentler, but has cute energetic moments too. Mumei was my favourite for some time after Council debut, but now she is second after Fauna, as Fauna got more comfortable with her role.
