I discovered Phase when Lia already had her new model, so for me Lia has always been this wacky virus girl we see today. I never paid much attention to her until she did that collab with Pippa on the Undertale Alternate Universe (AU), where she talked about the "stomach bone". I normally only chuckle when I watch streams, but that stream had me audibly laughing and contracting my abdominal muscles; I didn't know that Lia could be this random and funny. Then I started paying more attention to her.
Her donothon in January was one of the first times that I felt part of the community. Even if I didn't watch every second of the donothon, I felt like I was supporting her by keeping the stream open in a tab, and occasionally glancing at it. I remember late at night, Lia was "sleeping" but she was playing an old collab of hers with Pippa and Uruka; it was pretty wholesome, and Lia was playing Pippa the Ripper while Pippa was dying of embarrassment.
In my mind the donothon was a complete success, since I saw that she reached her goals, and I never saw the "yab" live. Whatever happened, I'm glad that she only came strong out of that episode.

Honestly I'm pretty happy with their progress, it’s not uncommon to see PhaseJP in 3view range. They still lag behind the others, but considering their in an english company thats not surprising.
