And that number can technically go up to 22 since there's also vtubers who are under "indefinite hiatuses", not even counting those who stream only once in a blue moon.
In contrast, 4 of 19 members of NijiID are already gone with another 4 to go bringing a grand total of 8/19 gone. With NijiKR, 15 out of 27 talents are gone. So looking at it in the grand scheme of things, even though turnover % for NijiJP is relatively low at say 15%, I'd argue that the company is slowly starting to reach a point where it may want to start to address some issues before that percentage rises more.
