Anyone who's actually a Hololive-tier potential talent (or hell, even "just" an Idol- or Phase-tier talent, seeing as those companies are now comfortably running circles over Kawaii) has little to gain from or incentive to join Kawaii, what can they offer them? Even just a cursory web search brings up the amounts of discouraging drama, and hey, even if the cucks are right and the company isn't to blame and it's all just those evil ex-talent whores who're at fault, how's a new applicant supposed to know this? It all just looks like a red flag mess from the outside and most potential applicants probably just won't bother researching any further after that.

Plus besides a few standout talents (well, now just Nene, after Aletta and Oceane left), most of the talents are treading water in the around-100-viewers no man's land with no improvement in sight. So you can't even entice people with the promise of an assured significant corpo buff for joining. And after that you have to deal with the buerocracy and permissions autism that comes with Kawaii being a japanese company.
