- If the owner and three individuals play Mario Party and the owner is first place, a curse is inflicted on the last player, and potentially the 2nd to last player as well if their scores are tied.
- If the owner is not first place the curse will not activate. Everyone will be spared.
- The curse will activate at unknown durations, the latest victims had the longest activation time yet. Which is 268 days.
