Phase Connect's Pipkin Pippa (and eventually Panko) designed a parody VTuber company with AI-generated art. Some of her fans played along and it outgrew the joke to become an actual indie circle (with Pippa's blessing), using a corpo-style gen structure and AI art as a kickoff point. I was thinking about this today. Since FlaVR has no managers we don't have any events planned and you're not meant to intrude on the talent's channels. No advertising since no oil baroning and it gets complicated when money is involved. If we rely on organic growth we're talking about the normal growth rate of Vtubers which may not sustain the community.

Given we have the hiatus from Jubi, Mixie, Minta, Abi. Limited growth as life stuff from Kinolime, Minna. Brolime is a babi and is doing his own thing. Juwun's streams are good but are going in a different direction and are focusing on rewarding the current audience as they are in the middle of a story arc.

We're relying on growth from Sena, Nyana, Raimi although they're already at maximum capacity since they do everything themselves. We also have the new debuts from Donna and Nayvell which will give us a bump.

The community has kind of reached capacity as well as Temp and Aux are doing their game development arc. Dazzle is improving his shorts and doing live2d. Majick is working on multiple projects and is tired. Sensoka is working out his machines. Glave is on break, the streaming boys are either on their respective arcs or are on break. Support has a singing and drawing arc. Deadmac still grinding out yu-gi-oh and singing but we haven't seen it. Undercover is doing his own thing but I'm not sure. The prompters Sellis and Fred have been tirelessly prompting in their divine journey towards chuuba perfection.

I haven't included everyone obviously and I plan to do things in my own direction that may help but I've my own life priorities as well.

This is where we get in to the issue of FlaVR being a not real company. We just have the skills in house as Undercover is the best at audio work but he's kind of busy and we can't demand things of people because that's super rude. Then you need someone to work on the utaite video which is ussually done in after-effects. We don't have that capacity in house either. As this is a big investment if you're picking someone to promote FlaVR as a whole you need to pick a good/best singer which creates drama in itself. I have thought about writing lyrics for Juwun's ending stream song, but that's more of a "lol that would be cool" idea than a "I should do this" idea.

I meant a rundown of the whole jubi character, cause I haven't watched her that much for the previously mentioned reason. This works for the character changes thing, but Jubi, the character, is retiring. It's different than nyana, cause it was a redesign and rekayfabe, but the overall essence (catgirl, yellow, banana) stayed more or less the same. Jubi->Stella is a sizeable change.

I'd honestly been questioning why she picked it from early on given her personality, and I tried to cute-ify it as much as I could within the design with chibi prompts and such, but I think this was an inevitability given enough time.
