Elira is an extremely cute, bright, and bubbly dork who has the most pure laughter in the world. She's super friendly but really introverted and needs people to approach for her collabs the majority of the time. She's really like a big sister to the rest of NijiEN and to her fans which is fitting because she has a little brother irl who she spoils regularly. She's very sweet and caring, protective of her friends, and easy to approach and get along with. She's a massive otaku and weeb and has spent thousands on anime figures and other merch. She is an unhinged shipper who can create entire scenarios and fantasies out of almost nothing, and a fujo although she ships anything. She gets smug sometimes when she overperforms and has banter with her chat that is imo second to none, she loves to tease chat and regularly gets clowned on by them as well. She probably has a omorashi fetish of some kind with how often she talks about having to hold in her pee. She can stream for hours and hours and manages to get more energy out of streaming when she starts a stream tired. She's an amazing and talented singer, a natural entertainer, and would make a very talented voice actress as well, although she never gives herself enough credit for any of her talents. She despises tomatoes and hates the Pokemon Heatran because he's ugly. She really, really wants to get a cat. She is unintentionally the most sexually seductive and attractive woman on the planet although sometimes she absolutely knows what she's doing when messing with chat. Her energy is very infectious and she can brighten the mood of any situation. She has a horrible fear of fish and the ocean because of a traumatic experience when she was younger, but she was also previously a certified lifeguard. She is married to Pomu Rainpuff and to me as well. She loves story-based games and games with strong casts, and has become a major JRPG fan as well. She has 1/3 of the Lazulight braincell, with the other 2/3 going to Pomu and Finana. She is the #1 pomudachi, rosebud, and pentomo. She is the most wonderful, beautiful, and fantastic girl in the world!

I watched Nina occasionally and the news made me a bit sad but not much else. It was when Pomu cried in a stream shortly after the announcement about how much of a pillar Nina was for her that it hit me super hard. I don't mean to downplay Nina's role in NijiEN as only Pomu's support behind the scenes, but I hope Pomu stays strong after this because she seems deeply affected by it. I won't doompost, but NijiEN desperately needs Pomu to stay strong and I hope management realizes this.

I wouldn't say tremendous, but she is leaving a pretty large hole that I don't think anyone else in EN can or will be able to fill.
When it comes to tremendous consequences I think there's other EN members who would hit harder if they graduate, and if things behind the scenes don't change drastically that "if" will turn into a "when" much sooner.

I stand by what I said. The last stream showed how much support Nina was giving to everyone behind the scenes, which is arguably more important than participating in collabs and doing other forms of public support. It's all going downhill from here, with many people considering leaving, some people being separated from the rest, and so on, and so forth. Of course, one of Lazusydia leaving would be a bigger "event" in the moment, but Nina's loss is arguably just as big of a mental hit on everyone's morale as one of those graduations.

It's weird, on one hand I want things to go back to the way they were, especially when there was only Lazusydia and their dynamic. At the same time, a lot of them are so miserable here that I just want them to get out of this toxic environment. It's difficult.
