I don't know where these people are getting this from but there's far from anything substantial. Only a couple of actually notable things but when Mouse addressed Nina's graduation on stream (it happened mid-subathon so it wasn't like she had time to prepare) she started talking about how she knew about it already and then went into a rant getting mad at people who follow a vtuber in one life then don't bother continuing to follow when they reincarnate. Which would be pretty solid evidence if she hadn't done that same rant multiple times before, like with Henya and Kson lol. Aside from that the only other "evidence" is the very last night of Mouse's subathon. For the other 29 nights when she went to sleep she'd put on old VODs of her and Connor doing stuff together. But the last night she instead went with the VOD of Nina's appearance on Speak of the Devil. It was such a surprising change of pace some people assumed it means something. And it might? But it might not.

I'm not saying it's definitely not happening btw. It's very much a possibility, I'm just saying that there's nothing really convincing to point towards it yet.
