I find the Phase roster varied enough that most people can usually find someone to enjoy within Phase. I got into Phase through Pippa, but nowadays I usually watch Tenma and Panko with some Airi in there too. Erina is also pretty cool, I thought she was gonna be a horny mommy vtuber when she was revealed, so when she ended up being kind of dorky and awkward it felt like gap moe to me.
