A good old fashioned "Plan" chapter, nice. I read somewhere that in a story, there's a few ways to do a plan:
The Reader doesn't know the plan, but the POV does.
The Reader knows the plan, and the POV does as well.
The POV doesn't know the plan.
I think the idea is that the first is best when the POV should be shown to be a genius, the last is best for suspense and turmoil for the POV, and the middle one is difficult to do properly, since you get neither the "gotcha" moment of the reveal, nor the emotional uncertainty on the POV's part. It's best used when the plan actually goes to shit, and then you're playing on the POV's reaction to things falling apart.
In this case, the effect of the "payload" seems mysterious enough that this would be in the third category, I wanna know what that lipstick is gonna do once it gets plugged in.
I like how she swept the deactivation of the explosive charge under the rug like that. Stockholm syndrome works pretty good kek. Seeing the progressive softening of the tsun has been done pretty well.

Dry is not bad, in fact its preferred in terms of a general thread if the catalog is anything to go by. Stuffing it with flowery filling isn't likely to draw anyone in more than a basic description of what the thread's supposed to be about and it takes a bit of time dragging its feet to get there. A lot of tourist get overwhelmed from the archives alone, I doubt a super in your face vaugely homosexual solicitation is going to make those people anymore likely to keep checking in. It does at least work as an icebreaker though so that's good.

The structure is pretty good, the important bits seem to be there. /lore/ is a pretty terrible general tag, though. Boring, no pun, no acronym, generic, pulls up a dozen threads when you search it. Simplicity and dryness serve a practical purpose and ground things which is explicitly one of the goals of making a new thread seperate from vtwbg. A dry description that flatly explains what the general is meant to be is not a horrible thing, it prevents confusion and works to make sure everyone understands what the actual thread topic is. A good OP is simple without being verbose and can hook without needing to literally beg people to come into the thread.

Plenty of systems to model from as well, GURPS comes to mind immediately since its a setting agnostic tabletop system but I also think we oughtta look at systems with little complexity and lots of implication to make it easy and manuerable to play in a setting with as many character options as /vt/ has fanbases, like Troika perhaps for those who know about it.
