If I know or suspect about it then suddenly it matters. This is what I got told back with Laplus playing off screen with males.

First non-Tempus guest will probably be some indie/other corpo male like Kuga Leo or something, but he'll probably do a bunch of episodes with just Tempus before that. Like most non-massive podcasts, they'll just get in a groove of having only the "main cast" on with a guest once every blue moon.

I really don't get the thought process on this at all. I know that just calling it Tempus Radio sound's bland but it would've been something that at least wouldn't raise eyebrows. Anon, I can't be a fan of someone unless they give me a reason to be a fan. I watch other holo 3d lives but only because they're a side character to my oshi's main story. If Mr. Koro was streaming street fighter or even something like MR2 which is my favorite game growing up, I'd probably watch her instead of Lui's 3d live or the like. No scenario matters because the announcement of Tempus2 was seen as special treatment despite Tempus1's situation was different than Myth's and because the assumption was that EN was put on hold for Tempus despite no branch in Cover's history being put on hold for another.

Even if they ended up being below Kiara/Bae tier which is still better than what they are now, if most of the fanbase (both homobeggar and unicorns) at least were in agreement that the bois did everything right and management were just being retards, they might've been spared at least some of the backlash. No, they still would get the same backlash. In this hypothetical of Tempus pulling comparable numbers to EN because the complaints would still stem from an emotional reaction: the idea of Tempus getting special treatment because they waited about 5 months for a new gen while EN's waited almost 2 years. The difference between the hypothetical and reality is that the hypothetical only has the emotional reaction as criticism while reality has logical criticisms that can be used as a cover, like Tempus being "less profitable" than EN and therefore EN should be prioritized.

That section may be confusing but luckily we already a much simpler reality: Tempus2 has hardly any collabs and, barring Hakka being cringe soon after his debut, they've mostly stayed in their lanes and have been clean. But when there are no problems of course schizos will just create problems such as Bettel stealing some of Nijisanji's audience. Taking money away from a competitor is bad now.

I've already done the research for another anon who thought the same as you. The only "proof" in favor of that claim is EN's current situation while there are tons of examples of debuts having no effect on other branches:

I don't disagree that stars and holo gens could could be launched without affecting the timeline. But the delay in EN3 suggest to me that is has. Unlike EN, JP had already filled up it's lineup and grew far more quickly with early gens before slowing down. EN on the other hand has large gaps and and this is only exacerbated by the long hiatuses / "new normals" at a far slower pace etc. And clearly EN management didn't expect the blowback they got from the coed stuff so it makes sense that they had to change their plans and thereby delay things. JP didn't have a similar situation occur.

Like I showed in my previous post, we have actual, tangible evidence of no branch ever needing to make way for another branch. With this evidence, it's more reasonable to assume reasons like EN management not being satisfied with the applications or waiting for a special event than it is to assume management dropped everything for 7 months then decide one day to hold ENStars auditions. Interesting side note: the gap between JPStars3 and Uproar was 2 years, with Uproar being teased at the end of the first Stars concert.
