EN2 also kinda hurt since it attracted some of the dumbest fans in vtubing. Council is solid, but they aren't the magnum opus of EN. Pair that with Sana's departure, and you see why Council is a weaker overall gen. Management has to feel pressured to deliver with EN3, and thats why we haven't seen it.
