Updated HLL5. It should be less blurry and have better colors.

I think local text ai is in its early nai leak days. I looked into a bit yesterday. 4bit and soon 3bit quantization and now Exlama. Models now can have 8k token size instead of 2k. I tried a 13B model and in run with less then 10GB vram and outputs in 2 seconds.

With lots of luck you can get perfect hands out of a raw output.
With very limited inpainting you can get passable hands about half the time.
Significant inpainting will save the majority of the remainder.
Sometimes you still get completely fucked outputs though. Stuff like completely fucked up anatomy that would take too much work to be fixed.

Colab anon I think google caught on to your trick with the base64 encoded string and they're showing a warning now for using it. They may have also blocked stable-diffusion or some variation of it. I got around the first block by adding a few underscores and encoding it which I'll remove in the code with .replace, and the second by replacing diffusion in all of the notebook.

Oh? Yeah that's probably since its a somewhat low quality model, I have massively improved it with v2, but I'm unsure when or if I'll release it for public use (maybe for vtai).
Chrono apparently helps with not needing to inpaint as much when mixed into other mixes according to box anon, so that's worth a try if anything. Neat that you gave it a chance though!

Find a good lora, do some testing to find a good prompt and weight, then let my Wildcard with different chuubas go ham. Most of this was pretty hands off, and I tossed maybe one gen or two for each chuuba.
So my months of setup and working with different templates and wildcards and whatnot has lead to the output go BRRRRR speed of it. For context, I took a full 1-hour break between the first suibutts and the next one to do gaming where SD didn't run, so it's pretty fast for my 3060.

Temporal control-net can help but only if the composition of the image stays consistent throughout (so different standing poses will try to stay consistent but standing to sitting wont work). Another trick is to lock the seed if you are changing poses, generally keeps a lot of the elements in the original outfit.
At least those are tricks I use when I do sets, not perfect, only minimizes the randomness.

Check out civit, there should be a bunch of models/VAE (if you don;t want to mix your own) that should be good out of the box.
All of those are pretty subjective and I don't think there is a one true best out there.

When you do an xyz plot with loras is it possible it doesn't unload the earlier lora? I'm getting some inconsistency. Was testing the new hll5c and I went to make a plot but the 5c came out much closer to the original than before. Funnily enough, I write the recipes down before even starting mixing and hope for the best. The ones that survive to the next round, I usually choose a step in them for changing to see if they survive a different alteration and whatnot.

NTA but I use the same system. I keep the ratios in a seperate notepad or I include them in the name if I want to test the ratio at different strengths. Like 4.xyz0.4breakdomain, 4.xyz0.3breakdomain, etc.
